Seaport provided facilitation for a strategy review and business planning workshop for the senior management of Pelindo I. This required Seaport to provide a frank assessment of current performance of investments made by Pelindo I and an analysis of the rate of cash burn within those projects.

Projects examined included:
- The expansion of Belawan
- Kuala Tanjung Phase 1
- Kuala Tanjung Phase 2
The conclusions reached alarmed the management and led to a fundamental review of the approach to investment being taken.
The workshop looked at alternative options to move forward and identification of key concerns and problems to be addressed.
